とてもおしゃれなホテルで、周辺は公園やスーパーがあり、散歩や買い物には便利。部屋は広く、ベッドとソファーは気持ち良かった。設備に関して、唯一不満なのはWi-Fiの繋がりにくさ。ほぼ使い物にならない。朝食は悪くはないが、なんかちょっと物足りなさを感じる。サラダは1種類しかなく、果物も少なかった。ベーコンとソーセージ以外、肉類はなかった。せめてお魚やハンバーグ、パスターなど、普通に朝食にあるだろうと予測されるものはほとんどなかった。ベルギーのほかのホテルはどうなってるかわからないが、ポルトガルやスペイン、そしてノルウェーの同ランクのホテルはみんなこれより多彩な朝食を経験したので、少し殘念に思った。

Very unlucky that AC is not working during our stay. Although we have been provided fans and cold water, the room is still not cool enough. And the chocolate I bought start melting in the room😔 But the hotel staff are nice and helpful, room is clean and beautiful, location is good, close to the tram station

入住需要補少部分的稅費，房間整潔，每天都會補水，就是水龍頭有點漏水。地理位置極佳，步行即可到達大廣場和購物區，🚶♂️周邊餐廳、景點一應俱全。酒店裝潢典雅大氣，大堂的水晶吊燈和復古裝飾盡顯歐式奢華。房間寬敞明亮，床品舒適度高，🛏️浴室配備高端洗浴用品，細節滿分。行政樓層的景觀尤其驚艷，可俯瞰布魯塞爾城市風光。服務人員專業又友善，主動提供旅遊建議，還幫忙預訂了熱門餐廳。性價比高，結合位置、設施和服務，絕對物有所值！下次來布魯塞爾還會選擇這裡！💯

We had good stay, room was good size and it was clean. Room had a nice rooftop balcony. The only suggestion I have is to upgrade your TV’s to smart TV. Breakfast buffet was nice had plenty of options even halal food which was great. Hotel parking was couples of minutes walk away but there are pay and display parking just outside the hotel. I am disabled so I have parked there free of charge. You can register your car for free disabled parking anywhere in Antwerp central you can search on google and send picture of your blue badge with your application. I recommend to register before you visit because it takes 24 hours to process.

很安靜但是浴缸也太小了我矮短身材站著沖淋都不能轉彎公司出差指定酒店也沒招了提前一天到不高興搬來搬去就這了附近有很多公共交通家樂福麵包店就是沒什麼餐廳

Хороший отель, но номера старые, им нужно обновление: в одном из номеров была треснувшая ванная в неотмываемых пятнах, ковролин изношенный, было бы хорошо его заменить. Шторы, мебель - все уже давно не обновлялось. Район на карте кажется ближе к центру, чем это есть на самом деле. От метро идти долго, но дегко добраться на трамвае или автобусе. Персонал приветливый. В номерах не хватает тапочек, набора для чистки зубов, шапочки для душа, но если попросить на ресепшене, это предоставят.

It was okay, the front desk weren’t the most helpful. Upon arrival I was told to pay a €50 deposit which could only be paid on a credit card or cash. When I then said I’ll have to go find somewhere to withdraw money I was told I can now use my debit card. Upon leaving they wouldn’t give me my deposit back via card and insisted on cash despite explaining I was leaving the country to which the front desk attendant said I can’t claim I wasn’t given a refund which felt like a motivated statement. The room was okay, however the heating didn’t work properly and during a cold winter it wasn’t nice. There was a view from outside the window but not as nice as the booking page displayed it. Overall it was a fine hotel to stay at for one night however I would not be inclined to stay longer, next time I travel I will make note to avoid it.

家庭房是兩間房間中間有門打通進口也有專門的玄關門私密性很好雖然是挺老的建築了但翻新裝修過停車也可以停在酒店停車場電梯直達前台去房間要刷卡早餐略簡單非常適閤家庭出遊
